- ErrorsIf you discover an error in your order after completing the payment process, you should immediately contact our customer service to correct the error before the item is shipped.Although BAFELLI.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. BAFELLI.com cannot confirm the price of an item until your order is placed. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, BAFELLI.com has the right to refuse or cancel orders for the item at its sole discretion. Pricing in Different Currencies
The pricing of products sold by BAFELLI.com is based on figures calculated in US dollars (US$). Prices displayed in other currencies are converted from US dollars based on the most recent exchange rates. Due to fluctuations in currency values, prices displayed on the website in non-US dollar currencies may not be up-to-date, except on individual product pages. Areas of the website where non-US dollar currency prices may be inaccurately displayed include, but are not limited to, promotional banners, promotional pages, and product category pages. Regardless of the currency in which it is denoted, the price displayed on the individual product page is the current price you are required to pay to BAFELLI.com (excluding shipping costs).

Transaction Rules
8.1 Prices and Payments
All prices are exclusive of sales tax, use tax, and other taxes (if applicable), which will be charged to you additionally at the applicable tax rates. All prices are accurate at the time you input the information into the system. If for any reason we are unable to ship the goods, the value of the unshipped goods will be refunded to the original payment method.All prices are exclusive of shipping costs. The total order price is the price of the ordered products plus shipping costs, plus sales tax, use tax, and other applicable taxes.After selecting all the products you wish to purchase, they will be added to your shopping cart. The next step is to process the order and make payment. To do this, you must follow the steps of the purchase process, instructions, or verify the information required at each step. Additionally, throughout the entire purchasing process, before payment, you can modify the details of your order. A shopping guide is provided to you with detailed instructions on the purchasing process.
To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, your credit card information will be encrypted. Once we receive your order, we will request a pre-authorization for your card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The charge to your card will be made when your order leaves our warehouse.
When you click "Authorize Payment," you confirm that the credit card belongs to you. The credit card must be validated and authorized by the issuing institution. If the institution does not authorize the payment, we will not be responsible for any delays or failures to deliver, and we will be unable to enter into any contract with you.
8.2 ColorsWe have made every effort to display the colors of the products shown in the Service as accurately as possible. However, since the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your monitor will be completely accurate.
8.3 Packaging
Unless otherwise specified, we will only adhere to the minimum packaging standards of the selected shipping method. All costs for any special packaging, loading, or additional services requested by you will be borne by you.
8.4 Shipping and Delivery
The products you purchase will be shipped by the logistics company we select. The products should be delivered to the address specified in your order. We will not be responsible for any delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect address information you provide. Please note that we do not accept delivery of products to post office boxes, freight forwarder addresses, or hotel addresses.
The products you purchase will only be shipped after we have received your full payment. If for any reason we do not receive your full payment, we have the right to delay or refuse shipment without any liability.
The estimated delivery time is based entirely on real-time logistics information provided by the logistics company. We will do our best to ensure that the logistics company delivers the products within the estimated time, but we will not be responsible for any delay in delivery under any circumstances. If you have not received your goods within 60 working days, please contact our customer service.
Once the logistics have delivered the product, you (or the person you designate) must:
Check Quantity and Condition: Verify that the quantity of items delivered matches the quantity indicated on the delivery note and check that the packaging and its seals are intact, undamaged, not wet, and have not been altered in any way.
Inspect the Product: Examine the delivered product to ensure it conforms to the product style, model, color, size, and other characteristics stated in the order confirmation, and does not have any obvious defects (including but not limited to cracks, scratches, color differences, or other color defects), and is complete (for example, not missing buttons or accessories).
Sign the Delivery Note: Sign the delivery note to acknowledge that the received goods match the description on the delivery note in terms of quantity and condition.
Present Identification: If required by the logistics provider, show your identification to verify the recipient's identity.
Any damage to the packaging and/or product, discrepancies in the number of items or documents, non-conformity of the product, or obvious defects must be immediately noted on the logistics delivery note. Within the limits permitted by applicable law, once you have signed the logistics delivery note, you will not be able to claim for the delivered package.
8.5 Ownership and Risk of Loss
Delivery to the carrier shall be deemed delivery to the buyer, and thereafter the risk of loss or damage shall pass to the buyer. Any claim by the buyer for damage during transportation or delivery shall be made directly to the carrier. Any claim by the buyer against BAFELLI.com for shortages or damages occurring before delivery to the carrier must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the goods, accompanied by the carrier's signed original transportation documents, indicating that the goods received by the carrier correspond to the claimed condition. Notwithstanding the transfer of risk of loss to the buyer, the ownership and possession of the goods sold under this agreement shall remain with BAFELLI.com until all amounts payable under this agreement (including deferred payments evidenced by notes or other instruments, interest, and shipping costs) have been paid in cash, and the buyer agrees to take all necessary actions to perfect and maintain BAFELLI.com's rights and ownership therein.
8.6 Returns
Items purchased on BAFELLI.com may be returned within 7 days if they are unused and the original packaging is intact. When exercising the right to return without reason, please inform customer service of your intention to return. The shipping costs for returns will be borne by the buyer.
Throughout the entire return process until we inspect and accept the return, the risk of loss, damage, or transportation-related issues with the product should continue to be borne by you. We assume no responsibility for any risk of damage or loss that is not due to our fault.
You should ensure that the returned product's outer box is intact, the packaging is complete, the product is brand new and unused, and is in the same condition as when you received it, all original tags and labels are intact and not removed, and all accessories, documents (such as instruction manuals, waybills, and other proof of purchase, product certificates, and any gift cards, if any) are included. If the returned product, its packaging, accessories, documents, or gift cards do not meet the requirements for return in their original packaging, we have the right to refuse the returned product and refuse a refund.
Incorrectly shipped or defective products can be exchanged. For exchanges of incorrectly shipped products, we will cover the return shipping costs; if a product returned due to quality issues is confirmed to be defective, we will provide a full refund, including the shipping and return costs you have paid. Refunds will be made in the original payment method.
Any damage, alteration, or modification to the product caused by you should not be considered defects or substandard. Improper use (such as direct exposure to sunlight or heat, or contact with liquids, rain, or food), natural tearing or wear, failure to follow relevant care and/or washing instructions, and repairs not provided by us do not constitute manufacturing defects or substandard quality. Similarly, the texture, natural marks, or irregularities of natural products (such as leather or knits) are inherent to the product and not manufacturing defects.
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
Personalized products, such as products engraved with your initials
Custom-made products made specifically for you according to your specifications
Perishable or expired products
Products unsuitable for return or exchange due to their nature (e.g., unsealed perfumes)
Other products for which you were informed at the time of order placement that returns or exchanges are not applicable due to product nature or hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, bathrobes, swimsuits, earrings, and other pierced jewelry)
8.7 Comments, Feedback, and Submissions
Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or the Service, any content you submit or post to the Service and/or provide to BAFELLI, including but not limited to images, videos, creative ideas, technical know-how, skills, questions, comments, suggestions, and feedback (collectively "Submissions"), will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting or posting, you grant BAFELLI an irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable, and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, perform, sell, lease, transmit, adapt, create derivative works from, and translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile such Submissions. All Submissions will automatically become the exclusive and proprietary property of BAFELLI and will not be returned to you, and you agree not to contest BAFELLI's future use of the works.
You warrant that your Submissions (in whole or in part) are clear and free from any intellectual property infringement, disputes, or third-party claims. BAFELLI is not responsible for any misuse of your copyrights or any other third-party rights. You agree to defend and indemnify BAFELLI against any losses arising from the use of your works for any purpose.
In addition to the rights applicable to any Submissions, when you post comments or reviews on the website or application, you also grant BAFELLI the right to use your name in connection with the submission and any comments, reviews, or other content you provide (if any). You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all rights to the comments, reviews, and other content you post on this website, and that BAFELLI's use of your comments, reviews, or other content will not infringe or violate any third-party rights. You may not use a false email address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead BAFELLI or third parties about the origin of any Submissions. BAFELLI may, but is not obligated to, remove or edit any Submissions (including comments or reviews) for any reason.

Termination of Agreement and Effects
Except for any other legal or equitable remedies, BAFELLI.com may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate this Agreement or revoke any or all rights granted to you under this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, you must immediately cease accessing and using the website, and BAFELLI.com will, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all passwords and account identifiers issued to you and deny you any and all access to and use of the website. Force Majeure
Should we fail to comply with or delay the performance of any obligation under these Terms or any other contract due to an event beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure"), we shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing. During the period of Force Majeure, our obligations under these Terms or any other contract will be suspended, and we will be granted an extension of time to perform these obligations equal to the duration of the Force Majeure. We will use all reasonable resources to bring to an end the Force Majeure situation or to find a solution that allows us to perform our obligations under these Terms or any other contract despite the Force Majeure.

Liability, Disclaimer, and Consumer Rights

You grant us the right to participate in the defense, and you may not settle any such claim without our prior written consent.
